Jessie Collier

Jessie Collier is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Phoenix Metro area. Originally from the Philippines, she moved to Arizona in 1986 and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Arizona State University. After purchasing her first property, she discovered a passion for real estate and transitioned into the field, becoming a licensed Realtor in 1997. Since 2004, she has also specialized in property management, helping clients navigate the rental market with ease. 

Known for her personalized service and local expertise, Jessie is committed to helping clients make confident real estate decisions. Whether you're buying, selling, or renting a property, Jessie’s hands-on approach and commitment to excellence ensure a smooth and rewarding experience.

Jessie is a proud Mom to a daughter who plays Club Volleyball, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling, seeking new adventures, indulging in great food, and binge-watching Netflix shows

Rachael Freireich is an Arizona native with 17 years in sales. Rachael knows the

local market, neighborhoods and trends, but even more importantly, she understand one of the critical elements of sales: she listens to what is most important to her customers. With a natural gift for connection, she makes clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident every step of the way.

The BuySellManage Team focuses on expert marketing, accounting and adhering to real estate law. We have also built a trusted network of reliable vendors to support our clients. Rachael has worked for the BuySellManage Team for 7 years as Director of Operations. She oversees the day-to-day systems that keep clients, tenants, and team members supported. With a strong focus on communication and efficiency, she helps ensure that every property is managed with care while maintaining smooth workflows behind the scenes. 

Rachael lives in central Phoenix which is her favorite area to work and loves spending time with her 2 kids, husband and dog.

Originally from California, I’ve called Arizona home for over 20 years. Living and working here has given me deep local knowledge and a true appreciation for the communities I serve. My name is Cassie Roberson. I am currently a realtor, and property manager for The Buy Sell Manage Homes Team @ DeLex Realty. I've been licensed, and working in property management for three years. Before this, I was an Assistant Manager with another real estate company for 20 years. I've stayed in real estate, because I enjoy working with people. While being Assistant Manager, I had the opportunity to work at one of the largest offices in the company, overseeing about 500 real estate agents. I helped them with multiple things, including contract and listing files. With work and in my personal life, I pride myself on having good attention to detail and I feel it's important to have good communication with others. I have lived in Arizona since 1992. This has been home. I have one daughter, Alexis that I am very proud of. She's all grown up, and has become a travel nurse. I also have my fiance, Danny, and have been blessed to have the amazing friends I have in my life. I enjoy spending quality time with the ones I love. I look forward to what the future holds in my personal and professional world.
