Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You are welcome to review the lease before it’s signed. We handle the lease execution on your behalf unless you request otherwise. -

How and when do I get my checks?
Disbursements are made on a set schedule after rent is collected and applicable expenses are processed. Most owners opt for direct deposit. -
How is rent collection handled?
We provide tenants with multiple rent payment options, including a 24/7 online portal. Late payments are handled in accordance with lease terms, including notices and applicable fees -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Standard lease terms are usually 12 months, but we can tailor lease durations to align with your investment goals and market conditions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Deposits are based on market standards, local laws, and tenant qualifications. We ensure the amount complies with legal requirements while protecting your property. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin as soon as the management agreement is signed and the property is ready to rent. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, condos, townhomes and multi-units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You’ll receive monthly financial statements, along with maintenance logs and rent collection updates. Additional custom reports are available upon request. You may also access your statements through our online portal 24/7. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We maintain all tenant security deposits in a dedicated trust account, in compliance with local regulations.
